- TIA is a non-governmental, non-religious, non-political, non-profit sharing organization.
- It is a Senior Secondary School of Excellence for Nigerian as well as some international students.
- Students to be admitted must be exceptionally talented in selected sports and arts.
- The school shall cover the last three years of secondary school only, SS1 to SS3, and shall prepare students to seat for WAEC, NECO, SAT and GCE O’Levels exams.
- All possible efforts will be made to secure scholarships for all the students, but until that is achieved parents would have to be responsible for the fees that are heavily subsidised by the school to ensure that no student is denied the opportunity because they cannot pay the fees.
- Students shall be trained and exposed abroad every summer for a few weeks by agencies and universities collaborating with TIA on the project.
- TIA is a full-residential, co-educational institution with zero tolerance for indiscipline and other vices.
- Admission process is rigorous and on a continuous basis throughout the year. As more talented qualified students are discovered they are invited to join the school.
- The academy shall have the best, most functional and most modern facilities for training and instruction in Nigeria.
- The school shall be fully computerized and will have a completely wireless internet facility.
- The academy shall train the students attain the highest level of their natural gifts/talent.
Students on scholarships may sign bonds of service with their sponsors.
- Students that excel have the unique opportunity to continue their studies in the United States on full scholar-athlete scholarships for the entire duration of their university studies.
- The students shall be prepared by the school for leadership and good citizenship.
- A new generation of youths will be ‘created’ through this project.
